We are looking forward to all that the Lord has planned for the Middle School Spring Retreat! We are thankful for the opportunity to gather together. Join us as we look to the Lord and His Word together
Brad Anderson
Brad is currently the pastor of Cayce Presbyterian in Cayce, SC. He is a graduate of Erskine College (Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education) and Erskine Theological Seminary (Master of Arts in Theological Studies, Doctorate of Ministry). Prior to being at Cayce Pres., he served in youth ministry for 18 years at two ARP churches: Boyce Memorial ARP Church in Kings Mountain, NC, and First Presbyterian Church in Columbia, SC.
Brad is married to Kelley, and they have five children and a dog. While Anderson life is full, Brad enjoys working on projects around the house, reading, and meeting folks for coffee and lunch.
Will Milks
Will serves as the Worship Director at Cross Park Church in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was born and reared in Greensboro within a family forest of step, whole, and half-siblings, and with positive experiences in both private and public schools. As someone who did not grow up in the church, Will did not know what to expect when he was invited in ninth grade to “youth group.” The way folks lovingly welcomed him was a delight and a surprise—what had Will done that they would care about him? He would come to learn that’s the welcome and care God offers through Jesus! After high school, Will was thankful to attend and complete studies at Erskine College and later at Reformed Theological Seminary.
Husband to Nicole and father to John Austin (8) and Owen (5), Will is glad for their support as he gets to love Jesus by helping lead worship at Cross Park Church!

$96 for Bonclarken Housing
$65 for Private Housing
$40 non-refundable deposit per person
For as many years as we can remember, the fee to attend the fall and spring retreats has been $80 per person/Bonclarken housing and $60 per person/private housing.
When these fees first went into effect, they covered Bonclarken housing, meals, and conference fees and contributed toward the cost of running the retreat. Bonclarken has worked hard to keep their housing and meals increases as low as they can, but their food and facilities costs have increased in the intervening decade or more since we first set those fees. Although the participant cost for Bonclarken has exceeded what we were charging for several years, we have not raised the fees for churches as the Presbyteries have provided funding to cover the difference.
We have now reached the point where this is no longer financially feasible and we will need to increase the per person fee to offset this difference. The fee to attend the Presbytery retreats will be increasing to $96 per person/Bonclarken housing and $65 per person/private housing for 2025.
If your church covers all or part of your youth fees for the Presbytery weekends, 2026 rates will be available upon request following the Bonclarken Board of Trustees meeting next weekend when 2026 rates are set. Please contact the Bonclarken office if you need these rates for budgeting purposes.
This spring we will not be providing a retreat t-shirt. However, we will be making screen printing available during free time on Saturday.
If you would like to screen print a retreat t-shirt, bring a light colored shirt.
Registration after registration deadline will be based on availability.
